Built from a Personal Need
NorthernGates Health was born from a simple but powerful realization: too many Houston families are struggling to find reliable, trustworthy support for their aging loved ones — and too many seniors are living alone without the help they need.
We started this company because we've lived this challenge ourselves. We know what it feels like to worry about a parent living alone, to miss a doctor's appointment because no one was available to drive, or to watch a loved one become isolated and withdrawn.
That's why we built NorthernGates Health differently. This is a founder-led, hands-on service. We personally oversee every caregiver match, every client relationship, and every service we provide. When you call us, you're not talking to a call center — you're talking to people who genuinely care.
We serve Houston families with three core services: companion care, home support, and transportation assistance — all non-medical, all delivered with heart.
